All animals purchased, including tortoises, turtles, panther chameleons, geckos, and any other species available for sale, are accompanied by a comprehensive 21-day Health Guarantee. To qualify for this guarantee, we kindly ask that you review the care sheet provided with your newly acquired reptile. Should your reptile unfortunately pass away within the 21-day period, we will offer a replacement upon receipt of the following documentation: evidence of appropriate habitat conditions, including photographs of the enclosure, heating elements, UV lighting, suitable substrate, and access to food and water. In the event that any reptile sold by us does not survive within the specified 21 days, we will replace the animal at no cost, excluding shipping fees. You will be responsible for the shipping costs only if a replacement reptile is dispatched. Please note that such occurrences are rare; however, it is essential to confirm proper care when facilitating a replacement.
We dispatch shipments from Monday to Friday via overnight delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery, and packages typically arrive before noon. Additionally, a tracking code will be sent to the email address provided during your purchase on the evening of the shipment.
Any warranties will be rendered invalid if the reptile, amphibian, tarantula, or scorpion is not kept in an appropriate environment (for instance, housing a Bearded Dragon in a Tupperware container is unacceptable). This entails providing the animal or amphibian with adequate heating, lighting, bedding, and accessories. In the event of a live animal guarantee claim, we will require a photograph of your entire setup.
REQUESTS AND OPTIONS FOR SEXING Our sexing services are conducted by highly skilled and experienced personnel. However, it is important to note that gender identification is not infallible; therefore, we make every effort to provide you with the requested gender, but we cannot offer any guarantees regarding this service. By paying $10 for our sexing service, you are engaging our commitment to determine the gender of the animal to the best of our ability. Nevertheless, if you receive an animal that does not match the gender you ordered, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or any form of compensation. We appreciate your understanding of the complexities involved in accurately identifying the sex of various animals.
