🚚 Flat Rate Shipping – $49.99 Nationwide
We offer flat-rate overnight shipping anywhere in the United States for just $49.99, regardless of the number of reptiles ordered. Every shipment includes:
Temperature-controlled, insulated packaging
Heat or cold packs based on current conditions
Overnight delivery via FedEx or a trusted carrier
Tracking information sent before dispatch
📦 Shipping Schedule
Live reptiles ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays
Orders placed after Wednesday at 12 PM will ship the following Monday
We monitor weather closely and may delay shipping to protect your animal’s safety
✅ Live Arrival Guarantee
We proudly offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all reptiles shipped under safe and approved conditions.
To qualify:
You must be present to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt
Any issues (including DOA) must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo or video evidence
You must provide the correct shipping address
The temperature at both shipping and delivery locations must be between 40°F and 86°F unless special packaging is pre-arranged
If these conditions are met and a reptile arrives deceased or visibly unwell, we will offer a refund or replacement (based on stock availability), excluding the shipping fee.
💰 Refund & Return Policy
We do not accept returns on live animals once they have been delivered, due to health, stress, and quarantine concerns. However:
If your reptile arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival) and qualifies under our Live Arrival Guarantee, we will issue a full refund for the animal or offer a replacement at no extra cost (customer pays shipping on replacement).
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the claim is validated
We do not refund shipping fees unless the fault was ours (e.g., mislabelled address or packaging error)
If you accidentally ordered the wrong species or changed your mind after shipping, we cannot issue a refund, so please confirm all orders before finalizing your purchase.
